BOOKING POLICY

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation. 

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the trip departure date. 
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. 
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Below are the standard cancellation charges:

  1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip departure: Full refund of the deposit, minus transaction fees.
  2. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the trip departure: **50% of the total trip cost will be refunded. **
  3. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the trip departure: **No refund will be provided. **
  4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the trip has started.

REFUND POLICY
  1. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving a written cancellation request.
  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, minus any applicable bank or transaction charges.
  3. In case of a trip failure due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we offer a complimentary trip reschedule or a partial refund, subject to the terms outlined in the trip agreement.

Trekking Mate reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  3. Pandemics or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or refunds as applicable.
